Engineering & Feasibility Review
When you submit a product concept, our engineering team conducts a thorough feasibility review within 3–5 business days. We assess:
- Technical feasibility — can the product be manufactured at the target spec?
- Cost estimation — material, tooling, assembly, and packaging costs.
- Tooling requirements — new mold or customer-owned mold integration.
- Component availability — supply chain check for motors, batteries, PCBs.
- Certification path — CE, UL, RoHS, and market-specific requirements.
- Development timeline — from DFM to mass production.
You receive a detailed engineering report with cost estimates, risk assessment, and recommended next steps. No commitment required.
Tooling & Customer-Owned Molds
We accept customer-owned molds and integrate them directly into our production lines. If you already have tooling, we inspect it, adapt it to our injection molding machines, and begin production without retooling costs.
For new products, we build tooling from your CAD/STEP files. Our in-house mold shop handles:
Component Sourcing
Our Hangzhou location gives us access to one of China's most mature small appliance supply chains. We source 80% of components locally, reducing lead times and cost.
Prototype & Testing
First article samples are produced in 7–15 days from mold completion. Each prototype undergoes:
- Dimensional verification against CAD
- Functional performance testing
- Safety testing (electrical, thermal, mechanical)
- Reliability testing (life cycle, drop, humidity)
- Assembly review for production efficiency
We iterate until the sample meets your specification. You approve the final sample before mass production begins.
Assembly & Quality Control
Our Hangzhou manufacturing base operates flexible production capacity with ISO 9001 quality management. Every product goes through three QC stages:
