Send Your Design or Mold
Day 1Submit your product design, CAD files, technical drawings, or send your existing mold to our facility. We accept formats including STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, and PDF specifications.
Engineering Review & DFM
Day 2–3Our engineering team performs a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability analysis. We assess mold compatibility, material selection, and production feasibility.
Sample Production
Day 4–18First article samples produced on your tooling. Includes dimensional verification, functional testing, and material certification. Samples shipped for your approval.
Sample Confirmation
Day 19–21You review the samples, provide feedback, and confirm approval. Any modifications are addressed in T2 samples if needed. Final production specs are locked.
Mass Production & Delivery
Day 22–45Full-scale production with IQC/PQC/OQC quality gates. Real-time production updates. Products packaged per your specifications and delivered to your designated port.
